Temporary Speed Limit Restriction at Clifton Hampden, A4074

A request has been received from OCU Group for a temporary speed limit restriction to apply to a section of A4074  whilst essential excavation to facilitate jointing and cabling works as part of electricity network upgrade works are carried out.

A Temporary Traffic Regulation Order (TTRO) is being made to implement the temporary closure and will operate from 25 June 2026 up to and including 05 July 2026. This is a 24 hour speed limit restriction.

(The maximum duration of a TTRO on a road is 18 months and on a footpath is 6 months, or until completion of the works, whichever is the earlier.)
