Temporary Emergency Road Closure at – Clifton Hamden, Abingdon Road, OX14 3DJ
Oxfordshire County Council has been informed of a temporary emergency road closure on the section of Abingdon Road, OX14 3DJ whilst emergency excavate to replace faulty waste meter and pressure reading valve – backfill and reinstate work will be carried out.
A temporary Emergency Notice is being made to implement the temporary closure and will operate from 11/05/2026.
The anticipated completion date is 25/05/2026 (full closure 24hrs each day).
Access will be maintained for emergency service vehicles and for those frontages within the closure area, subject to the progress of the works and liaison with the works supervisor.
