Extension of Temporary Footpath Closure at – Clifton Hampden Bypass, Footpath 171/6/10 & 171/4/10

A request has been received from John Graham Construction Ltd for a temporary footpath closure on the Footpath Number 171/6/10 & 171/4/10 whilst construction of new road work started as an emergency and continuing for 21

days two emergency notices for (21+21)=42 days from 08/12/2025 to 18/01/2026. The closure is continuing as a notice of order from 16/01/2026 and was expected to be ended May 2026. But the closure is now extended

for 18 months with the consent of the Secretary of State for Department of Transport till 08/11/2027 (full closure 24hrs each day).
